website and products is very good,but if something is wrong with your purchase and you need to contact costumer service be ready to spend hours trying to understand Dell representative.
I try to do it twice and both times the person on the other end have problems with basic English.
And I mean basic.They forgot to put one of the discs in the box.

Since Dell outsourced about 1-2 years ago the level of costumer survice has gone downhill. There is never someone to speak to on the phone who is American, they have the costumers speak with Indian or Pakistan natives who have a very heavy accent and do not have a clue how to assist you. I have nothing against foreigners but come on it is rediculous how bad the costumer service provided by Dell is since they outsourced just to save money. not a good move on their part. not only will i not plan buying anything else from them but i would not recommend any to do so.

dhl made no attempt to deliver product. i was working in back yard. they just stuck a notice on door. when they returned two days later they just put package on steps. i was at home both days.

I found it tricky to locate the option of purchasing only one toner cartridge. I only buy one about every 9 months or so and I don't want unused cartridges laying around for months until I need them. It's an insult to those of us who order only 1 for Dell to make it so hard to order only 1. I used to buy happily from Dell, but due to recent frustrating experiences, I now prefer other sources for my computers and supplies.

Merchandise not shipped yet. Takes too long to ship laptops no matter if ordered online or phone. I beleive the reason is because the laptops are built in another country. Laptops are laptops and have a limited amount of custom configuration, why not have laptops prebuilt and add/subtract what the customer doesn't want like have the parts prebuilt that are standard. Just like a car, steering wheel is standard and is built. Maybe a car is not a good example as they are customer built on order but you should get my point.

I wanted a light-weight portable printer that would print 8 1/2 x 11 sheets as well as photo. I it to fit with my laptop in my laptop case. Either they don't make them any more or you don't carry them so I purchased a different type of printer from you.

They had multiple options for me to purchase replacement ink. I chose the 4-2&2 option of extended use ink. After receiving confirmation email, product was delivered in a couple days. I have never had a problem when dealing with Dell
