Very Disappointing, they cancelled my...

Very Disappointing, they cancelled my orders several times and when asking for reason, only one answer, "You did not passed the Security Check".
Then I placed my orders via Google-Checkout, which approved the orders, but they cancel them. The reason: "No in Stock Available Items", but they always said and still say that the merchandises are in stock.
Another order of US$3,000 was cancelled because I was sending the merchandise to a different address than that of my Credit Card. When explained the reason, the answer was "We are sorry but we cannot process the order" period.
My suggestion to all my friends will be: Please do not try to buy from OneCall if you do not want a frustrating experience.

Horrible

I ordered a Toshiba 56MX195 Television which they show as in stock. They then call me and tell me that the item is not in stock. I go back to the web site and see the item as showing still in stock??????????????

No Return Policy

The sale went smoothly and the LCD HDTV was delivered the next day. After setting it up I discovered that the set had one dead pixel (no picture information/ blue square) in the center of the screen and that the overall image quality was blurry with a satellite connection. When I tried to return the set I was informed that manufacturers don't consider a dead pixel or two to be defective and that OneCall didn't accept returns on televisions.

Although this company does have a "return policy" link, that I neglected to check before buying the set, I believe the sales person could have mentioned their no return policy when I placed the order.

Buying any flat panel TV on the web is extremely risky when you take into consideration the possibility of dead pixels. At these prices even one dead pixel is a defect in my book. My advice is to buy locally so that you can return it if you are unhappy.

I tried to buy a product from this store but this would not list the price. They said I had to contact them.

When I contacted them, they said they are not allowed to sell me the product and to come into the store.

I live over 4,000 miles away from the store. They are in the Washington state area and I'm in the Miami area.
<br>

What a waste of time.

false advertizing, scam, a cheater, dont' buy from them

I recently placed an order with ONECALL and they cancelled my order because they said the price is too low for them to sell. They called me and admited they made a mistake and they cannot do a thing about it. They keep doing this, advertize one price and then call you back and said they cannot sell you the product at that price. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Good prices. Usually good service, somestimes outstanding. This time I did not recieve a small item in my shipment, monster cable, and called them. I was charged for it. They said they would call me back but did not. They did send another of the small items and charged me again. I spent over 2 thousand dollars (this time) and they really had no courtesy regarding this little small $12 item. Just annoying.

I emailed customer service to inquired about the order. Slow to response to let me know that they don't have it in stock, and make no effort to let me know the status of my order. I had to call and email to find out myself. It's going to be sometimes after Jan 11, 2007 to receive my christmas present for my daughter. By the time I found out the status of my order, it's too late to look for another replacement to have it in time for christmas. I still don't know it I will be able to get the item from this merchant. It was dissapointed to know that they made no effort to let me know the status when they didn't have it in time for the holiday. Yet, they have no problem received my money for the order.

Good prices but beware the return policy

Good prices, but be aware that not all products are returnable, and it is not very obvious on the web site. The shipping confirmation has the return policy in the fine print at the bottom of the page, but that's too late. The no return policy should be listed with the product in bold print, Honest disclosure please.

Ordered a DVD for a Christmas gift on 12/11/06, item was in stock and shipped on 12/12/06. I finally receive item on 12/29/06. Each time I called to ask about the status since I needed the item for a Christmas gift, they said it was shipped and it was in Tennessee somewhere however they could not tell me where, living in VA I did not find the information of much use. I asked to cancel it but was told I was not allowed since it already shipped. After several complaints they finally said they would send me a gift certificate for my trouble. As of 1/7/07, I still have not received the gift certificate and to be honest don't except to ever get it. If I was you I would not order any DVD from this company unless you really don't care when you get it.
