I had a wonderful second time experience. The only thing that I wish they could do is to be able to get bigger size men's rings so that my sister could order a ring for her husband. They have a great selection and unusual things that you cannot find in stores. I will always look on their site first before I shop in the stores. Thanks,Melinda

well, NOT good at all. i placed an international fax order. but they did not reply/contacted me.

nor did they reply to any of my phone calls or e-mails.

So i am not satisfied!!!

I had ordered the ring, it arrived in a size that did not fit, despite being my ring size. However, sending it back for the correct size was not a problem. It was a smooth transaction and I greatly appreciated it.

My experience with justMetal was perfect! I emailed a question about their return policy with Christmas coming up. They replied the same day and had extended the return policy due to the holidays.

They shipped my item a day or two after I ordered it (I used their regular delivery option) and sent an email with my FedEx tracking number so I could track its delivery.

I received the item within a week. Great experience! I do not do a lot of online shopping, so was concerned about ordering from a store that had not been reviewed. So here's a review - this store was great!
