Superb Quality and Service

I have been a Levenger customer for over 15 years and love their products. I consider my circa notebook essential travel gear for all my expeditions including Everest.

Forget about Levenger if you live outside the US.

I ended up buying ATOMA's equivalent of Circa from www.Manufactum.com in Germany because Levenger was charging $135 freight for $180 worth of overpriced paper. USPS Priority Mail would have been about $30. The Atoma freight was $15 with 10 days

Very disappointed they do not honor their product guarantee

I am beside myself in disappointment!!!!! You proudly say "We want our products to delight you. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we'll make it right." Yet, when I have tried to have the zipper repaired or item replaced on my Road Scholar Passport Holder in black, all I have gotten is the run a round. You even sent me a RMA # and return label only to send me back my broken wallet!!!! Apparently you can not find the original order as it was a gift, yet your guarantee is not about who ordered your products, but rather the products themselves....I and my family have bought many items from you and spent hundreds (close to a thousand dollars from you) and now greatly regret it. And yet, all I asked was for you to honor what you said, "We want our products to delight you. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we'll make it right."

C-R-A-P-P-Y Mailing instead of Shipping used

Ordered a Sheaffer Prelude Monogrammed Rollerball pen from them, May 15th in order to beat the Graduation Rush for a Graduation May 27th 2006 commencement. Yes, I researched it among comparable stores & I knew their price was $20 ABOVE the market
