Good Customer service.
Very secure over your credit card purchase.
Field to hold complete address was a bit short so
as a result address was not complete.
Sarraf's phone call cleared that up and they recognized a bit of my address was missing.

I am delighted with the products. My only comment is that the pin which goes through a pierced ear is like a 'blade' and my ears were badly affected by this. I have been used to round rods which do not affect the holes in my ears. I will need to take them to my jeweller to have the 'blade' shaved down a little so that I can wear these beautiful earrings. The chain is perfect and exactly what I wanted.

I ordered two baby charms from Sarraf Jewelry. They arrived in good condition, but, the pink stones in each one of the baby shoes fell out the second week. I will not purchase anything from them again.

They have the best customer service. I ordered a bracelet. I had to return it because it was to big for my wrist they refunded within two days. I was shocked !!!I recommend this store. Their jewelry really is as quoted. in fact the bracelet gram weight was more than quoted on their site.

have not rceived them yet. I did receivce one cross but it was ship to my son inlaw and he has not open yet it for christmas.The chain is ok .but I havent reveived two more crosses and e-mail twice about them and no repose .just last nigt again.better get them for christmas.order was nov 30.
