Excellent help by employees in the store. Tracking was a little off. I picked up one item and the tracking said the second item was in the store but it wasn't there for me to pick up. Next day it was available.

order tracking/email follow-up is good. Pick-up at REI store is good, particularly for clothing/shoes - so if they don't fit, they can be immediately returned in the store.

I was directed to the cashier when I explained that I was picking up an online order. They retrieved the box very quickly. I was able to complete the transaction very easily and with excellent customer service.
