Pros: Great cars, nice tracks, and cops
Cons: To many things to unlock, no Japanese cars.
The Bottom Line: If you like racing games, this one is for you.

Pros: Police do more than ram you they set traps
Cons: Mindless racing, Cars are not customizeable, police have unfair advantage of dropping exposives from helicopters
