Pros: easy to use, not too expensive, prints confirmation sheet without asking, warranty
Cons: none
The Bottom Line: This is a great fax machine that is easy to use, doesn't jam, prints and scans, and has a great back-up memory.

Pros: A full featured fax/copier in a small footprint. Reliable Brother quality with accessible support.
Cons: None so far
The Bottom Line: A fine value for home office or small business the Brother Intellifax 2820 is a great machine that fills the niche between light and heavy duty faxing and copying.

Pros: laser fax, copier and printer; fast;quality and ease of use are good
Cons: printer driver not in box, nothing about printing in manual;apparently won't support wireless printing

Pros: WHAT CAN I SAY IT IS THE BEST, WISH ALL PRODUCTS THIS GOOD.
Cons: WHERE THE PAPER EXITS COULD BE BETTER, BUT OTHER THAN THAT,EXCELLENT.

Cons: Printed paper gets wadded up in narrow area where it's supposed to come out
The Bottom Line: Do not ever buy it. The paper gets wadded up in the narrow space where it is supposed to come out!

Pros: Fairly fast and easy to use as long as the fax goes the first time.
Cons: Inability to set the redials and interval really sucks.
Too many bugs in the system.
