Pros: Excellence in all design and user aspects, and I mean ALL.

Cons: After using it for over a year, I truly find NO flaws!

Pros: send/receive quickly. easy to use.

Pros: When they work, they send and receive faxes.

Cons: Crummy toner/drum assembly that eats machines when you replace them.
