Pros: A Brilliant, Fun Masterpiece from the Buzzcocks.
Cons: None.
The Bottom Line: "Singles Going Steady" is an essential punk masterpiece from the Buzzcocks, who blended punk and pop for the masses and help start the Manchester music scene.

Pros: Great sense of melody, great early punk
Cons: The songs lack lyrical diversity
The Bottom Line: Although they never received the popularity as the Ramones and others they are still a great band.

Pros: Catchy guitar riffs and pop hooks aplenty.
Cons: Kind of an unusual "punk" album, if that bothers you.
The Bottom Line: Extremely influential guitar-based album with enough punk energy and poppy hooks to satisfy everyone.
